The Flute Store Malaysia is a flute-specialised store run by professional flutists, dedicated to serving the local flute community by importing high-quality instruments.
We are well known as the Authorised Dealer of world’s famous finest handmade Muramatsu Flute.
Muramatsu is the oldest Japanese flute company, established in 1923. They have always had strong support from prestigious players around the world and the reputation of being one the finest flute makers in the world.
Our founder, Sze Gee CHEW, took over the Muramatsu Flute dealership from her teacher Dr. Takahisa Ota in 2021 and in the same year, established CG Flute Academy. Since then, our team has been working tirelessly to support and grow Malaysia’s flute scene. As our community and activities expanded, The Flute Store Malaysia relocated to a larger space in Petaling Jaya in May 2025 to better serve our customers and students.
We are the proud host of Malaysia’s largest-scale flute festivals, FluteFest Malaysia.
